Amy began her career in the healthcare division of Ruder Finn in 1990, where she honed her skills for the next 10 years in strategic and creative development, media relations, and special events planning and execution for global corporations that included Schering-Plough, Procter & Gamble, Roche, and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Following, she served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Planned Television Arts (PTA) Entertainment Division, where she focused on celebrity spokesperson media campaigns for the company’s national and international corporate clients. She also launched the New York office of the entertainment PR firm Insignia Public Relations and Marketing, formerly Michaels, Wolfe & Tencer, Inc.
Amy Doner Group works on a global scale with pharmaceutical and biotech companies, PR and advertising agencies, and medical education companies, including Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, Merck, Glaxo Smithkline, P&G, WCG, Chamberlain, Cohn & Wolfe, Schering-Plough, AMWA, and Amgen. Amy also extends her expertise to nonprofit groups. Amy earned a degree in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida. She has been active in creating broad public health awareness campaigns to capture media attention, both on a national and grassroots level. Amy Doner has been recognized as an expert in her field, and, as such, has been interviewed for NY Times, Wall Street Journal, and Daily Variety, and has also appeared on Access Hollywood, to name a few. Amy lives in New Jersey with her husband and two daughters.
